How our shipping service works
Canada domestic parcels
Visit our register page to sign up for free. Click the link in your email to activate your account!
Purchase credits from the wallet tab of your account page. Credits must be purchased prior to creating a new shipment. A minimum of 50 credits per order.
Select the ‘Create a Shipment’ button from your account page & sign in to your personal shipping app (use the same login credentials)
Within your personal shipping app: set your preferred pickup address under the Profile tab (this is where Relay will pickup your parcels). Proceed to the ‘Create a Shipment’ tab to enter Pickup details, Receiver details, and Parcel Information.
Select ‘Get Rates’ to retrieve all applicable service options. Choose your service type and confirm the order. Your wallet balance will be deducted by the order total each time a shipment is confirmed. You can now proceed to print your shipping label
Have your shipments packaged and labelled by 9 am on the scheduled pickup date. If you need to change the pickup date or instructions please contact us prior to the scheduled pickup date. If you are not going to be at the pickup location on set date, please ensure that parcels are left outdoors (in a protective bag), and indicate their whereabouts on the order form (i.e. “at side door”)

RELAY AUTOMATICALLY INPUTS YOUR DESIGNATED US ADDRESS ON THE US-BOUND LABEL.
