How does our shipping service work?

Canada domestic
Visit our register page to sign up for free. Click the link in your email to activate your account!
You can purchase credits from the wallet tab within your account page. Credits must be purchased prior to creating a new shipment
Select the ‘Create a Shipment’ button on your account page & sign in to your personal shipping app (use the same login credentials)
Within your personal shipping app: set your preferred pickup address under the Profile tab (this is where Relay will pickup your parcels). Proceed to the ‘Create a Shipment’ tab to enter Pickup details, Receiver details, and Parcel Information.
Select ‘Get Rates’ to retrieve all applicable service options. Choose your service type and confirm the order. Your wallet balance will be deducted by the order total each time a shipment is confirmed. You can now proceed to print your shipping label
Have your shipments packaged and labelled by 9 am on the scheduled pickup date. If you need to change the pickup date or instructions please contact us prior to the scheduled pickup date. If you are not going to be at the pickup location on set date, please ensure that parcels are left outdoors (in a protective bag), and indicate their whereabouts on the order form (i.e. “at side door”)

How should I package my shipments?
Parcel types explained
Relay is tailored to e-commerce stores who use their own packaging when shipping. There are four main parcel types to choose from. It is extremely important to ensure that your products are packaged in their respective parcels before weighing and measuring. If weights and measurements are not accurate, carriers can reassess and issue additional fees. So make sure to measure twice!
Parcel
Small to large boxes or tubes. Full tracking is available. Adhere your label to any flat side
Thick Envelope
Bubble Mailers and padded envelopes. Full tracking is available.
Letter
Small envelopes without padding or bubble lining.
Large Envelopes
Large envelopes or flats i.e. shipping full page documents. No padding or bubble lining
